With a unique blend of clinical expertise, athletic training, and holistic performance strategies, she brings a deeply personalized approach to every client she serves. Cassandra is passionate about empowering others—supporting athletic trainers in utilizing their full scope of practice, breaking down barriers to accessible care, and giving female athletes the tools they need to recover, thrive, and excel.
Education is at the heart of her mission, and she loves equipping individuals and communities with knowledge that leads to real transformation. With a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, a master’s in Athletic Training, and ongoing doctoral studies at A.T. Still University, Cassandra combines advanced academic training with hands-on experience. She also teaches as an adjunct professor at Tulsa Community College, continuing to shape the next generation of health and performance professionals. Her areas of expertise include female athletic health, pelvic floor health, strength and performance, dry needling, yoga, breastfeeding support, infant massage, myofascial massage, and more—allowing her to offer comprehensive, integrated care that supports the whole person.
Beyond her professional roles, Cassandra is a mom of three, a wife, and the owner of a small but lively mini-farm. She brings that same balance, purpose, and positivity into her practice every day.

Dr. Megan Royall is a Collinsville High School alumna and former all-state and competitive soccer player. She continued her athletic and academic journey at Oklahoma State University, where she earned her degree in Nutritional Sciences. During her time at OSU, she was a four-year student-athlete academic recipient and a proud member of the 2017 Big 12 Championship team.
After her undergraduate studies, Dr. Royall attended National University of Health Sciences, where she remained deeply involved in campus life through the Rehab, Motion Palpation, and Sports Council clubs. Her passion for sports chiropractic and leadership led her to serve as Director of Education for the Student American Chiropractic Association Sports Council (SACASC)—where she was honored as Student of the Year. She ultimately went on to serve as President of the SACASC.
Dr. Royall currently holds the following certifications: advanced injectables, FAKTR, FST, FTMI, and acupuncture. Dr. Royall has had the privilege of working with Olympic, professional, collegiate, and high school athletes, helping them perform and recover at their best. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Sports Science at Logan University and plans to sit for her Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) certification.
Today, Dr. Royall continues to give back to the profession as the Student Advisor for the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council, supporting the next generation of sports chiropractors.

Alissa is a firefighter/paramedic at the Owasso Fire Department, but her favorite title is Mom. She is a huge advocate for health and fitness and wants everyone to feel and perform their best.

Over the past few years, she has coached cheer teams in Moore, OK, and is now excited to bring her passion for artistic athleticism, performance enhancement, and fitness to Skiatook and the surrounding areas. She is currently studying for her CSCS certification to continue elevating her coaching and training expertise.
